Role Summary
Reporting to the Sales Director and working as part of a 5‑member Sales team, this is an individual contributor role with no subordinates and no supervisory responsibilities.

This role is responsible for driving new business growth and revenue in the Hong Kong and South China (especially Guangdong) markets, focusing on acquiring new eCommerce and cross‑border logistics customers, identifying high‑potential segments, and formulating effective sales strategies in line with group direction.
主要負責推動香港及華南(尤其是廣東)市場的新業務及收入增長,專注開拓電子商務及跨境物流新客戶,識別高潛力市場,並制訂符合集團方向的銷售策略。
You will act as a key interface between clients, internal operations and overseas offices, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly understood and translated into practical global logistics solutions.
你將成為客戶、內部營運團隊及海外辦事處之間的重要橋樑,確保充分理解客戶需求,並將其轉化為可行的全球物流方案。
The role requires frequent business trips to Guangdong for client visits and market development, as well as close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders to support large‑scale projects and long‑term customer partnerships.
此職位需要經常前往廣東作客戶拜訪及市場開發,並與區域及全球各持份者緊密合作,以支持大型項目及長期客戶合作關係。
You will be responsible for sourcing new customers through multiple channels in the Hong Kong and South China markets, identifying new market potential and staying on top of industry trends to formulate effective sales strategies and directions.

Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales and KPI targets.
達成公司訂立的銷售目標及關鍵績效指標(KPI)。
Proactively develop new customers, with a primary focus on eCommerce clients in Hong Kong and South China (especially Guangdong) whose goods are shipped to global markets.
主動開拓新客戶,重點針對香港及華南(尤其廣東)地區面向全球市場發貨的電子商務客戶。
Identify business opportunities and implement sales strategies to penetrate target segments.
識別商機,並執行銷售策略以深入開拓目標市場領域。
Leverage experience in logistics and platforms such as AliExpress, SHEIN, Temu and TikTok; such background will be considered a strong advantage.
具備物流相關經驗及熟悉如AliExpress、SHEIN、Temu、TikTok等平台者尤佳,相關背景將被視為重要優勢。
Utilize existing client resources and independently develop new clients and projects.
善用現有客戶資源,並能獨立開發新客戶及新項目。
Lead and manage large‑scale project launches.
主導及管理大型項目啟動及推行工作。
Coordinate with overseas offices to implement regional customer initiatives and business plans to drive international revenue growth.
與海外辦事處協調合作,推行區域性客戶方案及業務計劃,以帶動國際收入增長。
Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to prepare sales forecasts and formulate effective strategies.
緊貼市場走勢及競爭環境,編制銷售預測並制定有效應對策略。
Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships by partnering closely with clients and understanding their cross‑border logistics needs.
與客戶緊密合作,深入了解其跨境物流需求,建立及維持穩固且長期的客戶關係。
Undertake frequent business trips to Guangdong for client visits and market development.
需要經常前往廣東進行客戶拜訪及市場開拓。
Ideal Candidates
Degree holder or above is preferable
大學學位或以上優先。
3-5 years of cross‑border logistics sales experience.
三至五年跨境物流銷售相關工作經驗。
Experience in e-Commerce or possess existing client network in the e-Commerce business is an advantage
具備電子商務行業經驗或電子商務行業客戶資源者將是優勢。
Familiar with China business markets and culture; work experience in China, especially in Guangdong, is a big plus.
熟悉中國商業市場及文化;曾於中國工作,特別是廣東地區工作經驗者為重大優勢。
Proven ability to drive business performance as an individual contributor.
具備以個人貢獻者身份推動業績增長的成功經驗。
Fast‑learning, self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
學習能力強、具自我驅動力並以目標為導向。
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
良好英語、廣東話及普通話。
Willing to travel frequently to Guangdong and Southern China.
願意經常前往廣東及華南地區出差。
